Computer Warranty Information

All computers from Synergy Computer Systems come with a limited one-year depot* warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers ONLY manufacturer defects in hardware and defects in the assembly of the actual PC. This warranty does not cover software, drivers or the operating system.

*  "Depot" warranty is defined as a non on-site warranty. All depot warranty work is done at our office in Telford, PA.


All warranty work is done at our location in Telford, PA.  Any evidence of tampering with software or hardware (including overclocking) will void all warranties and deem the repair billable at $70.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum.

We use the retail version of AMD and Intel CPUs, which usually carry a three-year limited warranty.


Many monitors come standard with a three-year warranty. Please see the monitor's instruction booklet for details.


If you are having hardware issues with your PC, please contact our tech support department at support@synergycomputersystems.com.  Give a detailed description of the problem, along with your full name and phone number.

Please be advised that the customer is responsible for all personal data on their PCs. Be sure to backup all important files (My Documents, Favorites, music, etc...) before dropping off your PC for service with us.
