Services: Our computer technicians are capable of handling all of your Windows, Mac and Linux needs. We offer expert computer repairs, clean-ups, virus and spyware removal, system optimization, data backups, on-site printer repairs and more. We also offer vendor management, IT consulting, managed services, technology plans and project management.
Managed Services: Synergy Computer Systems offers managed IT services. We can replace your existing IT staff or just help fill-in during vacations or projects. For one low monthly fee, we will handle your IT needs via scheduled on-site visits, remote support and phone-based help desk. Our plans are affordable and flexible!
Pricing: On-site (work done at your location) is $80.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum. In-house (work done at our office) is $70.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Remote Help Desk support is billed in half-hour increments and the price is $40.00 per half hour. We rarely charge for travel time but some jobs may require a small travel charge.
No-Shows: When you schedule an appointment with us, we set aside time specifically for your job in order to provide the attention it deserves. If you schedule an appointment with us and can’t keep it, please be courteous of our time and call or e-mail ahead of time to re-schedule. No-calls / no-shows will be billed a minimum of $40.00.
Payment: Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon before the project was started.
Service Warranty: We stand behind our work. If anything goes wrong with the specific item(s) we worked on within thirty days of repair or delivery, we will do whatever is necessary to resolve the situation at no additional cost to the customer.
